This tip surprised the audience of the Dr. Oz show...

He recommended that couples have intercourse 4 TIMES A WEEK for
optimal health.

(In case you thought that was a typo, that number was
     "FOUR".)

Most guys I talk to aren't "getting it" nearly that much.

One of the reasons is the fact that men are feeling a drastic
loss of their libido due to low testosterone levels as shown in
this special report on male hormone health...

But what most men don't realize is that having intercourse more
often (even going "solo") can help to boost your "T" levels.

In fact, one study* examined four couples on days that they did
and didn't have intercourse.

Researchers found that testosterone levels increased on nights
after intimacy...

... but testosterone did NOT increase on nights where there
     was no intercourse.

Bottom line is this: More Intercourse = More Testosterone.

But there's a down side as well...

In order for you to maintain healthy testosterone levels and get
the boost you're looking for, a few other factors have to be in
place:

  1.  Your body needs the right "raw materials" in order to
     manufacture testosterone.

Sadly, most men are deficient in these nutrients and
therefore you're likely already missing out on the higher
"T" levels you could be producing.

  2.  You don't realize it but you're being exposed to way too
much of the female hormone estrogen (in common hygiene
products and "hidden" in certain foods) and this also
     decreases your testosterone levels.

You can find out more about these problems (and how to overcome
them) in this special report on "how to increase testosterone"

This resource will provide you with real tips you can use right
away to naturally increase testosterone at any age.
